My name is Isabella Cabrices. I am 13 years old. I have been going to the YMCA since I was just a little baby in the Mommy and Me classes. When I was 7, I acquired a new a step mom who works at the YMCA and it has become an even bigger part of my life. Most weeks, I am at the YMCA 5 days a week. I am a part of the teen leaders club, I jr. coach in preschool gymnastics, and volunteer in Special Olympics swimming. I love those days when I get to come help others. I love everything the YMCA stands for as well as what they do for people in need. I love that they bring lunches to kids who need them in the summer. I love that they give Christmas gifts to kids whose families can't afford them. I love that they have scholarships to send kids to summer camp who can't afford it. The YMCA stands for so many important things. It is important that we donate to help keep all of these wonderful things happening. Donate to help kids with disabilities take adapted swim lessons, help kids who can't afford to pay to participate in sports to have a way to exercise and build a team, so kids who cant afford sleep away camp go to camp, to give lunches and fun activities to kids who would have reduced lunches in the school year during the summer, to keep the Happy Club going (a club for adults with disabilities to participate in special events), and many more important projects that need to continue. The YMCA is a non-profit and needs your donation to keep these amazing things alive!
